January 1, 2012. I was standing next to the Buffalo River near Steele Creek when dawn broke and began to light up the big bluff above me. The color of the trees and bluff and sky were reflected in the river that was spread out before me. This was the very first photo I made this year - I took this just for you, in hopes it will grace your wall all year, and for many years to come!
